PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the developer in a developing container possible to be discharged, although a shutter for clogging the developer discharging port is in the state of clogging the discharging port at a developing position. SOLUTION: This developing device is constituted of the discharging port forming member 69 provided with a discharging path forming part 69a forming the developer discharging path 70 capable of discharging the developer between plural developing container equipped with the outside developer discharging port 67a formed on the container top wall W2 at the time of stopping the developer position, and the container top wall inside surface on the periphery of the discharging port 67a and moreover, the inside developer discharging port 69b in the position opposite to discharging port 69b, for forming the sub- discharging port 72 on the developer discharging path 70 upstream end, and further more, the shutter 71 for opening the discharging port 69a when the inside developer discharging port 69a is facing up, then, for clogging the discharging port 69 when the inside developer discharging port 69a is facing down, and the shutter locking member 69e for holding the residual developer in the position transported to the outside surface of the shatter 71 at the open time of the discharging port 69a. |
