The soldering-agent supply is connected to the soldering appliance. This is achieved by a passage being run through the tip of the soldering appliance, which passage receives the soldering agent. A heating element provides for the liquefaction of the soldering agent and surrounds this passage. This effect can also be achieved by a mounted soldering-agent container.
