<p>- A surface-coating composition, softenable by application of an alkaline aqueous solution, comprises an aqueous dispersion of (i) a free-acid-group containing polymer, (ii) a polymer not containing free acid groups, (iii) a filler compatible with the free-acid-group containing polymer, and optionally, as colloidal solute, (iv) an optionally salified free-acid-group containing polymer. The composition is produced by a mixture of items (i) to (iii) and optionally with a hydrosol The composition may be used as a paint or plaster.</p> |
