PURPOSE:To alleviate the shock at the time of return of the titled device by lowering a car height at the time of getting on and off, by a method wherein a cut valve is opened and closed by air pressure from an auxiliary air tank and feed and discharge of control air to bellows are performed, in the kneeling device of a large-sized air suspension car such as a bus. CONSTITUTION:A first solenoid valve 32 is made close in the closed state of a kneeling instruction switch 34, air from an auxiliary tank 28 to a cut valve 26 is interrupted and air in bellows 12A is discharged from a discharge port 26a. A car height, therefore, is lowered. When the switch 34 is opened, air is fed to the cut valve 26 from the auxiliary tank 28, a divided chamber 22A of a surge tank 22 and the bellows 12A are communicated by the cut valve 26 with each other and the air is fed to the bellows 12A up to a predetermined car height of a levelling valve 18 for raising the car height. With this construction, the car height is lowered at the time of getting on and off and shock at the time of a return of the titled device is made to alleviate. |
