The object of designing a working appliance for soil loosening, with at least one frame extending transversely to the direction of travel, in such a way that, without any appreciable conversion or the change-over of loosening implements, it can either be mounted on the front power lift or on the rear power lift of a tractor or be combined in any way with further working appliances, is achieved in that the rearwardly projecting lower and upper links are either articulated so as to be vertically adjustable or can be coupled rigidly to the frame (8) or to the forwardly projecting lower-link brackets (5). <IMAGE>
