VERTICAL DEFLECTION CIRCUIT

PURPOSE:To obtain a sufficiently high voltage by a single power supply in one and same circuit by connecting a charging capacitor in series with a charging capacitor existing already via another switching transistor (TR). CONSTITUTION:A charging capacitor 12 is connected in series with a charging capacitor 6 existing already via another switching TR 10. A power supply charges the capacitor 6 to a voltage E0' nearly equal to a voltage E0 but somewhat lower than the voltage E0 during the scanning period at first. A capacitor 12 is charged up to the voltage E0' at the same time. Switching TRs 3,10 are turned on during the blanking period and the charged voltage E0' is superimposed onto the power voltage E0 in series.
