PURPOSE:To manufacture a resin product where a pattern is formed on a correct position by forming the pattern and molding at a time, by a method wherein after decorated sheets have been applied to the inside of a mold by taking them out sheet by sheet, resin is injected into the same. CONSTITUTION:A resin sheet 24 on which a predetermined pattern has been printed is pressed against a hot platen 11 by sucking the same with a vacuum pad 17 and turning a shaft 13. The resin sheet 24 softened by the hot platen 11 is applied to the surface of a female mold 2 by shifting the resin sheet 24 within the mold. When compressed air is blown out through the hot platen 11 along with vacuum drawing of a vent hole 6a provided on the female mold 2 in this state, the sheet 24 is stuck reliably to the surface of the female mold 2. Then the female mold 2 and male mold 1 are united with each other and molten resin 26 is injected into a cavity from an injection equipment 4. A resin product 27 is unloaded after cure. The resin sheet 24 is stuck unitarily on the surface of a resin molded product and the pattern is formed on a correct position of the resin molded product. |
