PURPOSE:To reduce dimension by installing a projection data memorizing means in a revolution system and installing a means for transmitting the projection data in the memory means to a standstill system side during the response time of scan, between the revolution system and the standstill system. CONSTITUTION:A data collecting device 6 on a support revolving part 1a is equipped with a data collecting part 9, buffer 10, data collection control part 11, and a buffer controller 12, and the buffer 10 memorizes the X-ray projection data supplied from the data collecting part 9. In the response time of the X-ray CT scan, a luminous element in the buffer controller 12 and a light receiving element in a receiving part 7b are in opposed state, and the X-ray projection data in the buffer 10 is read out under the control of the buffer controller 12, and transported to an image reconstitution part 8 through a data transmission means 7. Since said transport is carried out in the noncontact state (optical signal transmission), a data transmission passage can be made simple, and the reduction of the dimension of a scanner is permitted. |
