PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration in durability of the motor, generation of bad odor, and formation of tar in the feed oil pipe in a vaporizing type liquid fuel combustion apparatus by keeping low the temperature of a bearing of the motor, which rotates an atomizer even when a vaporizing cylinder is maintained at high temperatures, or by keeping low the temperature of the oil feeding pipe placed close to the atomizer. CONSTITUTION:A thermistor 20 is attached to a bearing 19 of the motor 13 and a thermistor 21 to a feed oil pipe 10 close to the rotor 7. Signals from the respective thermistors inputted to a control circuit 22 cause it to drive a combustion fan 12. When the vaporizing cylinder 2 is held at high temperatures by the heater 1, the temperature of the bearing 19 and that of the oil feed pipe 10 increase through heating of the atomizer, such as the rotor 7, nd the motor case 18. The thermistors 20 and 21 measure the temperatures of the bearing 19 and the oil feeding pipe 10 and input the result of the measurements to the control circuit 22. When the temperatures of the bearing 19 and the oil feeding pipe 10, measured by the thermistors, rise above set points, the control circuit 22 drives the combustion fan 12 so that the combustion air flows through the motor case 18 into the vaporizing cylinder 2 with the result that both the motor 13 and the oil feeding pipe 10 are cooled. |
