<p>The invention concerns an applicator comprising a) an elongated chamber (3') having one first end (4') shaped for receiving a hotmelt stick (5') and a second end (6') equipped with a nozzle (7') dispensing melted adhesive; b) means for gradually pushing said stick in said chamber; and c) means for electrically heating the part of the stick contained in the chamber. Said heating means include at least a heating element (13i) consisting of a strip (15i) made of electrically resistant material and means to be connected to an electric power source, said strip being formed on an electrically insulating surface of a substrate (14i) so as to be in close contact with an adhesive mass contained in the chamber (3').</p> |
