Process for preparing silicone rubber pushbuttons

A process for preparing silicone rubber pushbuttons forms the pushbutton main body, prints on the surface and then coats a primer on. A shaping mold is formed separately for accommodating the main bodies and a thermoplastic material is injected. The shaping mold is covered with the main bodies, and is irradiated with ultraviolet light. The shaping mold is then removed and excess cured thermoplastics material and baking is trimmed.
