The piston rod (4) of the hydraulic cylinder (3) connected to the chassis (1) is provided with a headpiece (5) with fulcrum pins (6), which fit into the vertical slits (8), which are made with uniform spacing in the pair of adjustable flanges (9), and at the same time into the diagonal slits (10), which are made with uniform spacing in the pair of fixed flanges (7), which are located along the sides of the pair of the parallel fixed flanges (7). The pair of the adjustable flanges (9) is connected to the shift cylinder (11). The locking device is formed by a locking cylinder (12), connected to the chassis (1) and provided with a locking pin (13), which fits in the locking slits (14) made in the pair of the fixed flanges (7).<IMAGE>
