The separating device of open-end spinning unit solves the problem of picking and transport of the fibres through the transport channel into spinning rotor, while ensuring optimum requirement for the air conditioning mode of spinning units. The principle of the solution consists in the fact that the lower wall of the transport channel is from the outlet edge of the outlet hole to circumferential cylindrical wall of the cylindrical cavity formed by continuous arc-shaped surface, which is shifted towards the outlet hole and in the direction of rotation of the combing roller so that the tangential plane lead tangentionally to the arc-shaped surface of the lower wall and perpendicularly to imaginarily prolonged upper wall of the transport channel passes through the upper edge or behind the upper edge of the upper wall of the outlet hole.<IMAGE>
