The solution falls within the branch of livestock production. It is a mineral feeding admixture, whose formulation is derived from the fact that preserved fodders in potato production area at present NPK fertilizing levels contain only from 0.15 to 0.20 percent by weight of magnesium, from 0.025 to 0.030 percent by weight of sodium, from 0.50 to 0.55 percent by weight of calcium - at 1.9 to 2.2 percent by weight of potassium and from 0.26 to 0.30 percent by weight of phosphorus in overall dry matter of the produced fodders. With contents of 8 to 10 percent by weight of calcium, from 3 to 4 percent by weight of phosphorus, from 6 to 7 percent by weight of magnesium, from 8.5 to 10.5 percent by weight of sodium in mineral feeding admixture the following is achieved: Increased efficiency in compensation of hypomagnesia, hyponatremia, hypocalcaemia, and metabolic acidosis, mainly in heifers in calf and primipara cows.
