PURPOSE:To obtain a porcelain capacitor which can be baked in a non-oxidized atmosphere at a temperature of 1200 deg.C or lower and has a high dielectric constant and also is provided with a dielectric porcelain device whose rate of change in temperature of the dielectric constant is small over a wide temperature range by composing a dielectric porcelain device of basic components made of (Bak-xMx)OkTiO2 and first and second additive components which are respectively specific. CONSTITUTION:A dielectric porcelain device 12 in contact with an electrode 14 is composed of 100.0 pts.wt. of basic component, 0.01 to 3.00 pts.wt. of first additive component and 0.2 to 5.0 pts.wt. of second additive component, wherein the basic component is (Bak-xMx)OkTiO2 (where M refers to at least one of metals among Sr and Ca, k is a number of 1.00 to 1.05 and x is a number of 0.01 to 0.05), the first additive component is at least one of metal oxides among Cr2O3 and Al2O3 and the second additive component comprises B2O3 and MO (where MO is at least one of metal oxides among BaO, SrO, CaO, MgO and ZnO), while a composition range of B2O3, SiO2 and MO is within a region enclosed by six lines which sequentially connect point A to F in the shown triangular figure. |
