PURPOSE:To facilitate development of device and analysis of processing and to reduce labor in maintenance and repair work by analyzing and displaying occurrence of fault in a power system through online real time processing without interrupting power system control or protective function. CONSTITUTION:Processing function relevant to the protective relay in a power digital protective relay unit is divided into eight types of units, where units 1-5 are connected to a general system bus B1 in order to perform data transfer control between the units 1-5. Transfer of data may be triggered by occurrence of system fault or malfunction of the device. The data is displayed in analog waveform on a CRT, and the locus of impedance in a transmission line is plotted on a protective characteristic in order to facilitate analysis. By such arrangement, analysis, display, print out of occurrence of fault in a power system can be facilitated without interrupting the essential control and protective function of power system. |
