PURPOSE:To keep the quality of a molded product high and to shorten a required molding time by providing a roving delivery control means absorbing the fluctuation of the delivery speed of roving from a delivery eye and controlling the passing speed of the roving in a resin impregnating part so as to keep the same almost constant between the resin impregnating part and the delivery eye. CONSTITUTION:A roving delivery control means 30 absorbing the fluctuation of the delivery speed of roving 10 from a delivery eye 27 to control the passing speed of the roving 10 in a resin impregnating part 12 so as to keep the same almost constant is provided between the resin impregnating part 12 and the delivery eye 27. By this method, it is prevented that the impregnation of the roving 10 with a resin becomes insufficient and a required molding time is shortened up to a limit. |
