<p>Compounds represented by general formula (I) (wherein n is 1 or 2; R1 represents optionally carboxylated C¿1-10? alkyl, optionally substituted C6-10 aryl, etc.; and R?2¿ represents hydrogen, C1-10 alkyl, optionally substituted C¿7-12? aralkyl, etc.), for example, trans-4-amino[(S)-N-[(R)-2-propoxycarbonylamino-3-(1',1'-dimethylpropoxy)propanoyl]prolyl]aminomethylcyclohexane. Because of having a potent inhibitory activity on thrombin, these compounds are useful as an anticoagulant.</p> |
