<p>A rotary, non-wetting rotary printing apparatus, particularly of the flexographic type, adapted for printing on a web of material (1) in several colours or screens is described. The apparatus is characterized in that the blanket cylinder (3), the surface of which is free from any wetting liquid, is tangential to at least two printing forms (4, 5) which are in turn tangential to respective inking cylinders (6, 7), so that different inked areas of the same colour but from different screens, or of different colours, are depositied on the peripheral surface of the common blanket cylinder (3), to be transferred by the latter onto the web of material (1).</p> |
