PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable starting of a room temperature close to a large capacity outdoor unit even when the total of air conditioning loads of a plurality of rooms exceeds the maximum value of the control capacity of the outdoor unit. SOLUTION: An air conditioning load calculating means 13 calculates an air conditioning load for each room unit based on a difference between a set room temperature TS and a room temperature Ta detected while a priority order determining means 21 refers the air conditioning loads calculated and determines the priority order of the room units for securing the operating capacity thereof with that of a larger air conditioning load higher in the order. At the same time, an operation switching means 22 totalizes the air conditioning loads calculated and when the total SAB exceeds specified value Sref1 corresponding to the upper limit part of the control capacity of an outdoor unit, the room unit ranked the first in the priority order is operated by a demanded capacity while the room units following in the priority order are operated by a reduced operation capacity. |
