The frictionless roller bearing has an inner raceway (1) surrounded by an outer raceway (2) and separated by numerous balls (4). The bearing has a cylindrical body (8A) insulated cover (8) made of an electrically-insulating elastic material with a collar (8b) wrapping around the outer raceway (2). The inner diameter of the elastic cylindrical body (8a) is less than the outer diameter of the outer raceway (2) and enables a close fit.
