PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain structure reduced in the number of parts and cost, allowed to be easily assembled and prevented from being easily damaged in respective processes such as assembly, storage, transportation, and packaging. SOLUTION: Relating to the structure, plural ferrite substrates 32 having circulator patterns 30 on their upper surfaces are aligned on the same plane, a common rod-like lower parmanent magnet 34 is arranged on the lower surface of the array of the substrates 32 and a common rod-like upper parmanent magnet 38 is arranged on the upper surface of these substrates 32 through a supporting board 36. These parmanent magnets 34, 38 are vertically magnetized on positions corresponding to the circulator patterns 30 on respective substrates 32, so that external magnetic fields in the thickness direction are impressed to respective substrates 32. |
