摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an autoanalyzer in which a reagent at a constant temperature can be dispensed by a method wherein a cylindrical member into which the dispensing nozzle of a dispensing mechanism can penetrate is extended to the up-and-down direction of a reagent bottle and the opening of the cylindrical member is formed hear the bottom part of the reagent bottle. SOLUTION: A bottle 200 into which a reagent 250 is put is set on a bottle holder 300. Then, the reagent 250 is temperature-controlled by a cooling device 400, and it is dispensed by a dispensing mechanism 500 through a dispensing nozzle 550. At this time, when the temperature difference between the open air and the reagent 250 is large, the reagent 250 near the interface between a liquid and the open air is influenced by the temperature of the open air, and there is a possibility that the reagent 250 is deviated from an expected temperature. As a result, a cylindrical member into which the dispensing nozzle 550 can penetrate is extended to the up-and-down direction of the reagent bottle 200, and the opening of the cylindrical member is formed near the bottom part of the reagent bottle 200. At this time, the depth of the reagent 250 which is dispensed depends on the position of the opening of the cylindrical member, and the temperature of the reagent 250 is not influenced by the open air so as to become a constant temperature the closer the reagent is brought to the bottom part of the reagent bottle 200. Consequently, it is possible to dispense the reagent 250 which is always at the constant temperature.
