<p>PURPOSE: An automatic unified station is provided to accomplish the remarkable reduction of a work having many assembling lines simultaneously operated for two moving objects, to reduce workers, and to reduce the tiredness and the monotonousness of workers. CONSTITUTION: The automatic unified station comprises:a first conveyer(12) to transfer a chassis(16) containing a first label; a second conveyer(14) to transfer a bag(18) containing a second label matched to the first label; a pair of bar-code readers to read the chassis label and the bag label; a decoder to compare each signal by contacting to receive a signal from each reader; a gripper(34) to locate the chassis(16) and the bag(18) in one conveyer by operating with the output generated by the matching displayed with each compared signal.</p> |
