PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the production of a net-including foamed molded product and to provide an original molded product wherein a net and a foam are integrated. SOLUTION: A coarse mesh net 2 is irregularily provided in a foamed resin 1 to produce a net-including foamed resin molded product A wherein the net 2 is exposed to the upper and rear surfaces of a foamed resin molded product. In this case, the resin filling feeders of a molding machine are used rather numerously as compared with usual foam molding and, as the net 2 to be used, a rather coarse mesh one is used to be set to a mold and a pressure filling process is repeated twice or more by using a filling hose having a booster attached to the intermediate part thereof to perform molding. |
