SOLUTION: When a history pertinent to an abnormal purchasing action in an abnormal purchasing action table 11 is present in a purchase history recorded in a purchase history table 10 of a card 1, a terminal equipment 4 is connected through an on-line with a center 6 so that required information 5 can be obtained from a center 6, and an alarm flag is risen in the card 1 based on the information 5 so that protection from purchase with the card 1 can be attained.
