SOLUTION: If an predicted electrical energy required R calculated from an electrical energy presently consumed by loads P and the rate of increase in electrical energy consumed (power consumed) expressed as the electrical energy consumed with respect to a certain the frame Δt,(ΔP/Δt) exceeds a target electrical energy required Q which is set for a specified time limit T, an alarm is issued and an instruction is provided to cut the present power consumed. In order to control the electrical energy presently consumed P to be within a predicted electrical energy required R, a rate of reduction B indicating to what extent the present power consumed should be reduced is calculated, based on the value for the estimated electrical energy required R, and is displayed in percent. |
