PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image pickup device with which luminance or color flickering can be eliminated and shaking under exposure can be reduced even under the fluorescent lamp of any power supply frequency. SOLUTION: This image pickup device is provided with an imaging device 103, exposure time changing device 107 for changing the charge storage time of the imaging device 103, oscillation correcting device 108 for electronically correcting the oscillation of the main body of image pickup device, changeover switch 122 for switching whether or not the oscillation correcting device 108 is to be operated, photographic state detectors 110 and 111 for detecting the photographic state of the image pickup device, and setting device 107 for setting the charge storage time corresponding to the photographic state detected by the photographic state detectors. |
