PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a prism array sheet excellent in heat resistance by forming and hardening a transparent resin composition for forming the prism array sheet by irradiating it with active energy rays and performing heating treatment. SOLUTION: A prism array sheet 11 is composed of a transparent substrate 13 and a prism part 12 formed from a transparent resin composition at the upper part of that substrate. As the transparent resin composition for forming the prism part 12, it is preferable that the composition is excellent in transparency and further provides a crosslinking hardening substance. After this transparent resin composition is applied to a molding die such as a metal die on which a prism pattern is formed and smoothed, the transparent substrate 13 is overlapped, it is irradiated with active energy rays and the transparent resin composition is hardened. The transparent substrate 13 including the transparent resin composition is released from the molding die and further, hardening is promoted by heating this substrate. Thus, a discharging gas and a deposition from the hardened transparent resin composition in a vacuum are reduced and a glass transition point is improved. |
