<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a hose mouthpiece under few processes. SOLUTION: A semi-plasticity article is formed, which a spherical head part raw stock part 30 processed as a head part is provided at one end by processing a cylindrical material, and at other end, a cylindrical raw stock part 32 processed as a hose insertion part and a cylindrical inner tube is provided. The cylindrical raw stock part 32 is upset-processed to form a hose insertion part raw stock part 36. A hose insertion part 10 is formed by extrusion-processing the hose insertion part raw stock part 36, and a cylindrical inner tube raw stock part 40 is formed inside the hose insertion part 10 extending from a bottom of the hose insertion part 10 to the axis direction of the hose insertion part 10. Then, a cylindrical inner tube 12 in which a hole is formed is formed by extrusion-processing of the cylindrical inner tube raw stock part 40.</p> |
