摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the voltage FLUCTUATION for a power system by operating the facility with a new input power after operating it for a predetermined time with an input power that causes a voltage fluctuation permissible by the power system when the difference between the new input power and an input power immediately before the operation is large, where the input power is a product of a direct current set value and a D.C. voltage set value. SOLUTION: Wen the start-up of a D.C. arc furnace facility 40 is completed, a current set value operation circuit 41 starts a predetermined operation by using an input power W0 at the time of the start-up as an initial value and using the rest state of a timer flag as an initial value. Then, each of the set values of a direct current setting device 24 and a D.C. voltage setting device 29 is read, the product of them is determined and is used as an input power value W1 . Then, when the difference between the input power W1 and the input power W0 that is an input power immediately before the operation is large, after the D.C. arc furnace facility 40 is operated for a predetermined time with an input power W0 +Δw that causes a voltage fluctuation permissible by the system, its is operated with the input power W1 , and heave, this operation is suitable particularly for a power system having little remaining capacity.</p>
