PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing blade having excellent triboelectric chargeability, peeling property with a toner and durability for an electrophotographic device. SOLUTION: This developing blade for an electrophotographic device consists of a blade member adhered to a supporting body. The blade member is formed by chemically bonding a layer of a polysiloxane to the surface of a polyurethane elastomer produced by the reaction of a polyol component and an isocyanate component.
