HEMOSTATIC CLIP

The invention relates to a hemostatic clip comprising a first and a second blade which can be elastically pivoted into a locked position. The first blade in the area of a point of intersection passes through a longitudinal slit in the second blade arranged between two parallel links. For improved guidance of the two blades in the area of the point of intersection the invention provides for a bridge extending parallel to the section which passes through the longitudinal slit in the second blade to be positioned laterally on the first blade passing through the second blade. Together with the section passing through the longitudinal slit of the second blade said bridge forms a longitudinal slit which is closed on both sides and in which a link of the second blade is guided.
