<p>Equipment and method for the manufacturing of integral monolithic structures, adopting reinforcing fibre layers impregnated with thermosetting resins, consisting of: the equipment base (4), which determines the shape of the structure; the cover (8) of said equipment; two side supports (6), enclosed by an outer bag (16) made of nylon or similar material and by as many supporting elements (7) as the number of bays required; breathing material (17); a sheet of parting film (18); sealing mastic (15); vacuum application valves (14); a tubular parting film (10); tubular bags (11). The invention simplifies a manufacturing process, particularly important in the aeronautical field and wherever there is a need for very low weight, high structural efficiency and high quality standards. <IMAGE></p> |
