PURPOSE: A production method of a steel strip which is finished by being rolled as the steel strip of a final thickness wanted in a finishing rolling apparatus is provided. CONSTITUTION: A production method of a steel strip has the steps of:rolling a slap at a roughening apparatus(10) in an austenite area to produce a strip rolled with ferrite; rolling in the austenite area; cooling to be the temperature so the steel as to be had a ferrite structure; rolling the strip, slap or slap part in the finishing rolling apparatus(14) with the speed corresponded to the entering speed into the finishing rolling apparatus(14) to reduce the thickness; rolling in at least one of stand in the finishing rolling apparatus(14) with a ferrite range.
