PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve device capable of fixedly connecting a solenoid and a valve body by a method excluding welding, simultaneously, allowing a bracket to act as an earth wire from the solenoid to the valve body, and reducing the manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: The bracket 11 has recessed grooves 121. The solenoid 21 has the shape formed by concentrically connecting two cylinders of different radiuses, and has grooves 221 at a connecting side to the valve body. The grooves 121 of the bracket 11 are fitted to the grooves 221 of the solenoid 21. Whereby the solenoid and the valve body can be fixedly connected without executing the welding. Further the bracket can act as the earth wire from the solenoid to the valve body.
