PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for sales management which make it easy to grasp the progress of sales activity even in negotiations stage with a customer or in a stage wherein money is neither received nor paid. SOLUTION: The customer is made to becomes a member during negotiations with the customer or in a stage wherein money is neither received nor paid. A card reader writer 1 issues a member card, and customer information is registered in a customer information database 5. Points are issued thereafter according to a point rule each time the customer receives sales activity, for example, the customer visits the store or a salesman visits the customer's house. The points are recorded to the card reader writer 1 through direct numeral input and converted into sales activity contents according to the point rule recorded in a point rule storage part 6, so a selling side can grasp what business activity the customer has received. |
