PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provided a device and a method for playing information editing and a storage medium which make it possible to easily generate playing information adequately reproducing a live playing style. SOLUTION: According to the kind of event data on a playing start position (event data corresponding to a white or black key), the kind of event data to be added newly is determined and according to the determined kind, the event data to be added newly are generated and written at a specific position of playing information. Or the number of pieces of event data to be added newly is determined according to the kind of the event data at the editing start position and the distance (pitch difference) from the event data at the editing start position to event data at the editing end position and the event data to be added newly are generated according to the determined number of the pieces of event data and written at a specific position of the playing information. |
