LAMINATED CERAMIC CAPACITOR

摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a laminated ceramic capacitor using CaTiO3/CaZrO3 based ceramic hardly causing short-circuit defects or the deterioration of insulation resistance in a high temperature load test even if the content of Ti is increased, and a manufacturing method therefor. CONSTITUTION: This laminated ceramic capacitor uses a ceramic sintered compact having a composition consisting essentially of CaTiO3/CaZrO3 and containing MnO2 and SiO2 as auxiliary components, and the content of Ca in a secondary phase consisting essentially of Ca and Si is controlled to <=30 mol%.
