<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an action of a grand piano which can prevent increase in frictional resistance occurring in a marker for angle positioning of a jack and generation of noise, thereby capable of assuring smooth and stable operation of actions of the piano. SOLUTION: This action has a repetition lever 4 which has a jack guide hole 4a at its front, place movably with a shank roller 11 of a hammer 10 being located near the jack guide hole 4a atop the same and pushes up the hammer 10 across the shank roller 11, accompanying the turning of a wippen 3 and a jack 5 which is freely movably engaged at its top end in the longitudinal direction with the jack guide hole 4a of the repetition lever 4 and knocks up the hammer 10 across the shank roller 11 during the course of turning of the wippen 3. Markers 35 and 45, which serve as measures in regulating the angle position of the jack 5 are displayed on the flank or the top surface of the repetition lever 4 off a moving range S of the shank roller 11.</p> |
