<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease parking/stopping offenses with notifying warnings of parking/stopping offenses immediately to prompt moving to owners of illegally parked vehicles parked or stopped in a no-parking zone via, for instance, mobile terminal devices such as cellular phones. SOLUTION: In a terminal apparatus for warning of parking offense, warning messages to warn parking offenses are created from registered vehicles information stored into a registered vehicles database (130) based on the warning information inputted from mobile terminal devices (110) owned by policemen controlling the offenses or from checking devices (710) owned by ordinary people, so that the warning messages are notified to mobile terminal devices (150) of the owners of the vehicles as messages or e-mails via a parking/stopping offense control system (120).</p> |
