PURPOSE: An adhesive tape is cut automatically or manually, and a tape reel wound with the adhesive tape is replaced easily. CONSTITUTION: A reel mounting member(30) is installed in one side of a base plate(10) to mount a reel rotatably. A winding member(40) is provided to wind an adhesive tape from the reel. A driving motor is installed to drive the winding member. A cutting member cuts the adhesive tape when the winding member is stopped. A control member controls the driving motor and the cutting member.
