PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct operator's visibility by a hose in a lifting device of an industrial vehicle. SOLUTION: In a rotatable guide roller 55 for winding the hose 17a, a curved guide channel 56 having smaller diameter than wall bodies 55a, 55b formed in both end parts is formed between the wall bodies 55a and 55b, and a plurality of guide rollers 55 are arranged at adequate positions to widen operator's visibility.
