PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a housing and a mounting method capable of easily mounting and dismounting the housing to a wheel of a vehicle. SOLUTION: The mounting structure of the housing 1 mounts the housing 1 to the axis of a vehicle wheel W, and equipped with wheel nuts 8 having thread holes 8a in heads, bolts 9 screwed in the thread holes 8a, and a stay 7 for fixing which is integrally mounted with the housing 1 and forms mounting holes 7b at positions opposed to the wheel nuts 8. The housing 1 is constituted so as to be mounted to the wheel W by inserting the bolts 9 from the mounting holes 7b and screwing the bolts 9 into the thread holes 8a of the wheel nuts 8.
