The bicycle has a mudguard (23) with a shoe (29) with high friction coefficient and facing a tire tread. The mudguard is movable between rest and active positions. The shoe is remote from the tire tread and is under the effect of the force exerted on the mudguard in direction of a wheel, in the rest position. The shoe is supported against the tire tread to lock the wheel, in the active position.
