PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present an interest level of a user with respect to information at a certain point of time and the transition of the interest level. SOLUTION: A data set is accumulated in an activity data base 2 as file access log. When the user input view time as a point of time when the interest level of the user with respect to information is obtained and information time as a point of time when the data set used at the time of calculating the interest level is selected, an individual profile creating part 8 creates an individual profile based on the respective data sets to view time from the oldest one, which are extracted by a data set extracting part 6. A file profile creating part 10 creates a file profile based on the respective data sets to information time from the oldest one, which are extracted by the data set extracting part 6. An interest level information creating part 12 creates information showing the interest level of the user with respect to information at view time from the respective profiles and displays it on a display part 16.
