<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To report organization activities to members to urge an entire organization to find desired services or ideas. <P>SOLUTION: Organization activity detection/delivery services 100, 110 obtain targets' voice and image data using microphones 101, 111 and cameras 102, 112 and apply voice recognition techniques and animation recognition techniques to the data obtained to encode dynamic states. The dynamic states encoded are sent to an organization activity reporting service 10. Voice information and image information about server devices and water heaters or the like in a shared area as well as about the dynamic states of the objects may also be captured and the dynamic states of the devices may be sent to the service 10.
