<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reservation management device for performing the reservation processing of a vehicle for a facility without designating a reservation time at the vehicle side by preventing any labor from being imposed on the vehicle side. <P>SOLUTION: A reservation managing device 30 which performs the reservation processing of a vehicle 10 for a facility 40 is connected through a wide range network 20 to a communication terminal 11 of the vehicle 10, and a reservation server 32 issues reservation ID for the predetermined facility 40 to the vehicle 10, and a vehicle arrival predicting server 31 predicts the arrival time of the vehicle 10 for the facility 40 based on the reservation ID to be transmitted with predetermined intervals from the vehicle 10 which has acquired the reservation ID from the reservation server 32 and the location information of the vehicle, and when a time until the predicted arrival time is shorter than a predetermined prescribed time T1, the vehicle arrival predicting server 31 notifies the reservation server 32.
