摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic medical chart input system having improved efficiency of input, and preventing erroneous input when inputting inspection results of Hirshberg test and Krimsky test to an electronic medical chart.

SOLUTION: When a cornea reflection image position information about a right eye acquired by the Hirshberg test is inputted to a cornea reflection image position input part 121R, a control means 11 of an electronic medical chart input terminal 10 executes a right eye cornea reflection image position program 211, finds coordinates of the cornea reflection image position information on the basis of the inputted cornea reflection image position information about the right eye, executes a base direction input program 230, finds base directions in a horizontal direction and a vertical direction according to the coordinates of a found cornea reflection image position, and makes a horizontal base direction input part 132R and a vertical base direction input part 134R display them. When a cornea reflection image position information about a left eye is inputted to a cornea reflection image position input part 121L, a similar process is performed.
