<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for improving bitter taste and harsh taste without impairing bioutility, in a calcium L-threonate-containing oral administration preparation. <P>SOLUTION: This oral administration composition containing the calcium L-threonate is characterized by further containing a sugar alcohol and guar gum and/or gelatin. The sugar alcohol is preferably selected from sorbitol, mannitol, erythritol, threotol, maltitol, xylitol, lactitol, and trehalose. The total content of the sugar alcohol is preferably 10 to 50 mass % based on the total amount of the composition.
